Scott said he just whipped out his driver's license and insisted he was alive.
"They let me vote provisionally," Scott said. "I'm sure it counted."
Scott has been pushing county officials to go through voter rolls and remove ineligible voters. Voter-rights advocates have been objecting to the process. Scott says if someone is mistakenly removed, that person can just cast a provisional ballot, which will be counted once officials determine an error was made.
