FLORENCE, S.C., June 5 (UPI) -- A South Carolina woman said police escorted her out of her daughter's graduation for cheering and charged her with disorderly conduct.
Shannon Cooper said she was escorted out of the South Florence High School graduation Saturday at Florence Civic Center for cheering when her daughter, Iesha Cooper, 18, received her diploma, WPDE-TV, Myrtle Beach, S.C., reported Tuesday.
