Levon Kayaoglu of Levon's Hair Color Salon, one of more than a dozen shops to have its parking spaces temporarily barred by the Studio City Department of Water and Power more than three weeks ago, said no city employees have been seen working in the area, the Los Angeles Daily News reported Tuesday. Advertisement Kayaoglu and other business owners said losing the parking spaces has been hurting their bottom line. "It's killing us, big time. This is the last nail in the coffin," he said. The Daily News said the no-parking signs were removed Tuesday after a reporter called officials to inquire about the work.
