Santos Roman, 35, was being held Tuesday in lieu of $100,000 bail, the Connecticut Post reported. He was arrested Monday at the Barnum School, where his stepson is a kindergarten student. Advertisement Roman came to the school, Bryant said, and found his jacket in an empty classroom. But the principal had already called police, so the drugs were gone and officers waiting for him. The 5-year-old was in the custody of child protective services until other members of his family could be located.
