VERO BEACH, Fla., April 3 (UPI) -- Police in Florida investigating a possible burglary said they arrested two people, including a woman who bared her chest.

The Indian River County Sheriff's Office said a deputy went to a home in Vero Beach about 2:30 a.m. March 25 after a neighbor called in a report of a possible burglary and discovered two people, Susan Stickle, 31, and Eric Bachman, 44, on the porch, TCPalm.com reported Tuesday.

The deputy said the pair appeared intoxicated by alcohol and drugs, and "clearly had no regard for the community in which they were located."

The sheriff's office said Stickle refused to provide identification, and instead whipped off her shirt, exposing her bare breasts and a poem tattooed on her chest.

Stickle refused to put her shirt back on and was taken into custody. Bachman would not give a reason for being at the home and failed to "explain that he actually belonged on the property, which I later learned from a neighbor," the deputy wrote in his report.

Stickle and Bachman were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting without violence.
