Denise Kowal, chair of the Sarasota Chalk Festival, said Sarasota Police turned the 8-foot-tall Lego man statue, named "Ego Lennard," over to her Thursday after police waited 90 days to see if anyone would claim the object, WZVN-TV, Fort Myers, Fla., reported Wednesday.
