Police said there was only minor damage to the building early Monday when Andrew Walker, 36, drove his 1987 Chevy Caprice onto the sidewalk and struck the concrete wall before driving away from the scene, the Chicago Tribune reported Monday. Advertisement Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said Walker was pulled over about a block away from the police station and arrested on charges of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident where property damage occurred.
