Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe MIAMI, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Florida authorities said a juror was arrested at a courthouse for allegedly stealing a videographer's laptop computer. Miami-Dade police said videographer Jonathan Castro, 19, noticed his laptop was missing while he was preparing to record a session in Circuit Judge Rosa Rodriguez's courtroom at the Miami-Dade criminal courthouse, The Miami Herald reported Thursday. Advertisement Police reviewed security tapes and spotted Ramon Torrech, 55, who was sporting a juror badge, taking the Macbook computer at the courthouse security checkpoint. Officers confronted Torrech in the jury pool room and he was found to be in possession of the laptop. "I was stupid, officer. I should have returned the laptop but I didn't. I thought about returning it a million times but I didn't. This is probably going to mess up my marriage and career," Torrech allegedly told an officer. Torrech was arrested and is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 14.
