JANESVILLE, Wis., Nov. 15 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin woman who allegedly attacked her boyfriend and stood on the hood of his car said she was upset about McDonald's switching to breakfast.

Page said Edgell "got upset because she did not want breakfast and only wanted a cheeseburger."

Police said Page told them he drove away from the drive-through and Edgell soon told him to "return to McDonald's so that she could get breakfast" and struck him in the face.

Edgell then allegedly started biting Page on the right arm and climbed onto the hood of his car when he pulled over during the attack.

Police spotted Edgell on the hood of the car and the suspect told them she was "upset" about the McDonald's menu change and was on the hood of the car because she was "acting crazy."

Edgell was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge and jailed on $150 bond.
