Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe MOSCOW, Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Police said a Bank of Moscow employee discovered an illegal scanning device affixed to a cash-dispensing machine at a train station in the Russian capital. The Interfax news agency quoted police as saying the 23-year-old woman spotted the device on an automated teller machine at the Paveletskaya metro station on the Zamoskvoretskaya line and turned the item over to investigators. Advertisement The Moscow News said police are reviewing video footage from the station to try to determine who planted the device, which investigators said is designed to gather bank card details from ATM users.
