SACRAMENTO, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Sacramento police said crews worked Monday to clean up the mess created by an overturned tractor-trailer rig that carried 35,000 pounds of beer.

Officers said the truck flipped on its side after failing to make a turn onto the Truxel Avenue exit on Interstate 80 and began leaking Bud Light Lime, KOVR-TV, Sacramento, reported.

Crews working to clear the scene said the 53-foot truck blocked several lanes of traffic and several tow trucks might be needed to lift it back onto its wheels.

Police said no injuries were reported.
