PALM CITY, Fla., Sept. 9 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a man arrested on a trespassing charge allegedly mooned two people and raised his middle finger to them.
The Martin County Sheriff's Office said James Corbett, 53, allegedly turned his dog loose while walking on land belonging to the Highlands Reserve development in Palm City, and he was spotted by a resident who alerted a neighbor who had complained of "previous problems with Corbett trespassing," TCPalm.com reported Friday.
The residents confronted Corbett, who made "obscene gestures," later identified by the sheriff's office as raising his middle finger, and "abruptly turned and pulled down his shorts, exposing his naked buttocks to (the two Highlands residents) in a public place."
Deputies arrived and were shown a video of the incident taken by one of the residents.
Corbett was arrested on a trespassing charge.
