Badoo said an analysis of 120 million chats and "flirts" on the Web site dubbed Cairo the "world's most 24-hour city" based on a "Nocturnal Index" calculated using peak usage times and a comparison of user numbers during the day and at night. "Our figures suggest that New Yorkers are climbing into bed at around the time that Cairo residents are preparing to go out," said Lloyd Price, director of marketing for Badoo. "This will confirm the fears of those who say that New York has grown sterile and sleepy."
