RIVERVIEW, Fla., June 10 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said they arrested a man accused of setting up a video camera pointed at a toilet in a Starbucks bathroom.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said Eric Efaw, 44, of Riverview, was arrested Wednesday after he was identified from the images on the camera, which was discovered May 31 by a manager in the bathroom of a Starbucks at the Westfield Brandon Mall, The Tampa Tribune reported Friday.

The camera, which faced the toilet of the unisex bathroom, was found attached to a pipe under the sink.

"Detectives reviewed the images from the camera device that positively identified the suspect," a sheriff's office release said. "Detectives discovered that the suspect apparently had the camera on when he walked to his car with the camera and opened his trunk and the film showed his license plate."

Sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said investigators are working to determine whether Efaw posted any images from the camera online.

"We have seized his computers," she said. "That's still part of the investigation."

Efaw, who allegedly told police he had filmed in the Starbucks bathroom on two previous occasions, was charged with a felony count of video voyeurism and was released on $10,000 bail.
