CLEARWATER, Fla., May 19 (UPI) -- A Florida man with the suggestive surname Stoner was arrested on marijuana-related charges for the second time in four years, police said.

Clearwater police said officers executed a search warrant Tuesday night on the home of Glenn Stoner, 56, and discovered 19 marijuana plants along with indoor growing equipment in the suspect's bedroom, the St. Petersburg Times reported Thursday.

The arrest report said Stoner told officers the marijuana was for his own use and his roommate was not involved in the operation.

Stoner was charged with felony counts of cultivation of marijuana and operating a drug house as well as a misdemeanor charge of paraphernalia possession. He was taken to the Pinellas County Jail with bond set at $10,150.

Authorities said Stoner was arrested in 2006 on charges of possession and manufacture of marijuana. He was ordered into a pre-trial intervention program in 2007.
