Joel Hardman, 22, was ordered to get psychological treatment, The Sun reported Thursday. He must also register as a sex offender for five years. Advertisement Hardman was arrested at the Bullring, a shopping center in Birmingham, after a shopper told a security guard she had seen a "mannequin" heading into the ladies' room. Police said they searched him and found snapshots of women's feet and a recording of a flushing toilet. Sophia Ali, Hardman's lawyer, said he was thoroughly ashamed of himself. Jonathan Purser, the prosecutor, said he scared a lot of people.
