Police: Man flashed school bus on birthday

PORT RICHEY, Fla., April 8 (UPI) -- Authorities in Florida said a man celebrated his 64th birthday by flashing his genitals at a school bus full of elementary school children.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said Jack Snyder, who turned 64 Monday, dropped his pants on a Port Richey street corner and wagged his genitals at the school bus transporting children home from Chasco Elementary, the St. Petersburg (Fla.) Times reported Friday.

The report of the incident said Snyder told a deputy who arrived on the scene he thought the stunt would be "funny."

Snyder, who was released from the Pasco jail March 29 following a two-month sentence for failure to appear on trespassing and probation violation charges, was arrested and charged with five counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition. His bond was set at $50,000.
