"It's not mine and it's not legal," Dr. Richard Lyons told the New York Daily News about the discovery. Advertisement Lyons, 61, said he has no regrets about calling police to turn over the drugs, reportedly worth $50,000, which were sent from Texas. Police are trying to track down the exact origins of the shipment, as well as its intended recipient, the report said.
