The Lindenwald Baptist Church in Hamilton said $500 will be given away to a member and $500 will be given to a guest to help boost Easter Sunday attendance, which reached 1,137 last year in the church of about 500 usual attendees, The (Hamilton) Journal-News reported Tuesday. Advertisement "With the economy as bad as it's been, we felt this was a way we can be a blessing in the financial realm as well as the spiritual," Pastor Randy Moore said. "We give a lot of money to foreign missions, but we thought that for Easter, it would be a blessing to give money to some of our own."
