DELAWARE, Ohio, Dec. 29 (UPI) -- An Ohio urine fetishist evaded having his bond revoked after he was accused of violating a court order to stay away from public restrooms.

Alan Patton, 59, who was arrested in November on an accusation of trying to collect urine from a fast-food restaurant bathroom, was accused by a witness of violating the terms of his bond by entering a public restroom at a Meijer store in the town of Delaware, WBNS-TV, Columbus, Ohio, reported Tuesday.

Prosecutors said they withdrew the motion to revoke bond due to a lack of evidence.

Patton was previously convicted in 2009 of criminal mischief after he was found trying to collect urine from toilets at a Dublin business. He served 60 days in jail.

The state has since passed a law making it illegal to collect bodily substances without consent.
