CANOVER, N.C., Nov. 22 (UPI) -- One of the perpetrators of a gross-out video made at a Domino's pizza in North Carolina pleaded guilty to a reduced charge.
Kristy Hammonds, 31, who was charged with felony adulterating food alongside Michael Setzer, 32, after the April 12, 2009, video was posted to YouTube, pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and received a 45-day suspended jail sentence and 18 months probation, the Hickory (N.C.) Daily Record reported Monday.
The video depicted Setzer putting cheese up his nose before placing it on a sandwich, passing gas on salami and sneezing on cheese sticks at the pizzeria in Canover. Hanover can be heard operating the camera and encouraging Setzer's shenanigans.
Hammonds was ordered to pay $1,125 in attorney's fees as well as complete 200 hours of community service and avoid working at food preparation businesses during her probation.
Setzer pleaded guilty in March and received a six-month suspended jail sentence along with 24 months supervised probation.
