Video of the incident Wednesday night quickly made its way to YouTube where it racked up 30,000 views by the end of the week, WGHB-TV, Winston-Salem, said Saturday. Advertisement The television station said campus police filed charges of indecent exposure and assault against Seth Pace after he allegedly assaulted two other students and dumped books on the floor of the D.H. Hill Library while in the buff. The YouTube video shows several library patrons recording the incident on cellphone cameras. "It appears he may have been under the influence of some sort of drug," Campus Police Capt. Jon Barnwell said, adding Pace appeared to have been in an "agitated and in an altered mental state" and was evaluated at a hospital after his arrest.
