The Cassation Court ruled to uphold a lower court's ruling in favor of the annulment, which leaves the woman without any financial support from her former husband, "even though there was no evidence of the woman frequenting other men," ANSA reported Tuesday. Court sources told ANSA the couple told judges she had "theorized" about marriage without sexual fidelity, but "never put the idea into practice." Read More Love triangle within Detroit police?
