In New York City, Carrie Wolf, 35, told the New York Daily News the timing of the birth of her son Charles could be a good omen. In Oklahoma, Noah Edward Prado-Ramirez was born to Army Sgt. Steven Ramirez and Tiffany Prado-Ramirez of Lawton. "We hadn't thought about 10-10 at all," Prado-Ramirez, 25, told The Oklahoman. "But it's awesome." Neither baby weighed 10 pounds.
