Collier County officials said the rectangular signs first appeared Sunday near a mobile home community with a large Spanish-speaking population on Radio Road and were quickly removed, The (Naples, Fla.) Daily News reported Wednesday. Advertisement County sheriff's office spokeswoman Kristi Lester said deputies are investigating the incident. She said the signs were illegally placed at a "public right-of-way."
