Troy Dean Christenbury, 28, of Rock Hill, was arrested Tuesday, The Herald of Rock Hill reports. Advertisement The alleged victim gave her videotape to police Friday. The 33-year-old woman, a mother of three, told police she became suspicious after she heard noises in the attic over her bathroom and found a hole in the ceiling. Investigating the attic, she found a divider between the space over her apartment and the neighboring one had been pushed aside. The woman said she then decided to set up a camera.
