CHICAGO, March 31 (UPI) -- Chicago police said they arrested a robbery suspect who hailed a taxi cab upon exiting the business he targeted.

Investigators said Hector Massas, 40, brandished a handgun Monday at Claire's store in the Lincoln Park neighborhood and threatened to shoot an employee if workers did not hand over money, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Wednesday.
