TheKnot.com said 13 couples from across the United States will wed on the 61st floor of the skyscraper and the grand prize-winning couple, Greg Adams and Kristy Magers of California, will exchange their vows on the 86th floor Observatory. Advertisement The Web site said the fourteen brides, dressed in their gowns, will pull a switch to illuminate the Empire State Building -- immortalized as a place for romance in the films "An Affair to Remember" and "Sleepless in Seattle" -- in Valentine's Day colors.
