SHEBOYGAN, Wis., Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Police in Wisconsin said a 17-year-old boy admitted to breaking into a neighbor's house in an unsuccessful attempt to find snack food.

Ronald Savela Jr., 17, of Sheboygan, who police said broke into the same house through the same window in 2008, was charged with attempted burglary of a building or dwelling, a felony with a maximum prison sentence of four years, the Sheboygan (Wis.) Press reported Monday.

Investigators said the homeowner told officers she suspected Savela because of the previous incident. Police interviewed the teenager and he told them he smashed the window with a rock and entered the home to search for snack food. Police said his search was unsuccessful.
