A warrant has been issued for Yvonne Pampellone's arrest, The Orange County Register reported. Advertisement Police in Huntington Beach say Pampellone stole someone's identifying information, used it to open a line of credit and then used that at the Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery, obtaining $12,000 worth of cosmetic improvements and using a false name. Employees identified Pampellone through a photo lineup, police said. She has been charged with commercial burglary, identity theft and grand theft. The arrest warrant was issued last week.
