Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe BERNE, Sweden, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- A Berne, Switzerland, museum said a giant inflatable piece of art resembling dog feces was uprooted by a gust of wind and caused damage in the neighborhood. The Paul Klee Center said the inflatable sculpture, created by U.S. artist Paul McCarthy, broke away from its anchor and drifted down the street, bringing down a power line and breaking a window at a nearby children's home before it was recovered, RIA Novosti, a Russian news agency, reported Thursday. Advertisement Museum Director Juri Steiner said officials have not yet decided whether the inflatable piece will go back on display following the July 31 incident.
