Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe KNOXVILLE, Tenn., May 23 (UPI) -- The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating claims by a female porn star she became intimate with a trooper in a traffic stop and still got a ticket. The Knoxville, Tenn., resident and Los Angeles actress who calls herself Barbie Cummings and gives her age as 21 posted entries on her fan blog alleging she was stopped by a trooper on May 7. Advertisement She said he found painkillers and alcohol in her car, and once she was in his cruiser, he began looking at her Web site on his laptop. She claims he asked pointed questions and they eventually found a secluded spot for oral sex. The blog showed photos and video of the event, which Cummings alleges were taken by the trooper. A tipster alerted the Highway Patrol soon after the blog was posted. Pending an investigation, the trooper -- a 10-year veteran -- has been suspended, the Knoxville News-Sentinel reported. For her part, Cummings said she plans to fight the ticket next month. "I didn't get out of anything. It was not a trade," she said. "Just like a guy -- he got his and I still got the speeding ticket." Advertisement
