Kenny Guinn on a tour of men's restrooms in the 50 states. Advertisement Adam Baker, who paints portraits of the customers at his barber shop in Carson City, the state capital, is angry about being rejected to do Guinn's official portrait in favor of a Washington State artist, Michele Rushworth. While Baker describes Rushworth as "an awesome artist," he says Guinn should have kept his business local. Baker started out by hanging his sketch of Guinn over a urinal in the Nevada State House. Then he took the sketch on "Kenny's Big Adventure," visiting urinals in all the state houses in the Lower 48. He plans to travel to Alaska and Hawaii before settling down. Steve George, a spokesman for the governor, said Baker was rejected because his preliminary sketch was not that good. Advertisement "The fact that he wants to display it in a restroom speaks a lot of what he thinks about his own work," George said. MySpace bling display leads to arrest APOLLO BEACH, Fla., Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Two Florida brothers were arrested after the son of a theft victim saw Internet photos of them wearing what appeared to be his mother's gold chains. The two boys, ages 14 and 16, of Apollo Beach, Fla., were charged with third-degree grand theft, the Tampa Tribune reported. Police also arrested several other suspects. One, who was wearing an electronic ankle monitor, denied being involved in burglaries but was charged after the monitor allegedly placed him at the crime scene. Investigators arrested some of the suspects by posing as buyers of stolen items. Thousands of dollars worth of laptop computers, jewelry and other items were seized. Debbie Carter, a spokeswoman for the Hillsborough County, Fla., Sheriff's Department, said surfing the Web is becoming a common law enforcement tool. Peewee coach charged with referee attack CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- A peewee football coach in Texas has been charged with assaulting a teenage referee. Prosecutors in Corpus Christi, Texas, say that Robert Watson punched Marc Benavides twice in the face after the 18-year-old referee threw him out of a game, the Corpus Christi Caller-Times reported. Watson allegedly objected vociferously because Benavides did not penalize a player from the opposing team. Advertisement Police reports say that Watson also got physical with parents who rushed onto the field to pull him off the referee. The incident Nov. 4 attracted international attention after videotape was posted on the Internet. Jail for man angry over penile surgery PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- A Pennsylvania man angry with results of penile enlargement surgery has been sentenced to 58 months in prison for mailing his surgeon a bomb. Blake Steidler, 26, also was ordered in a Philadelphia court to pay a $2,000 fine and serve five years probation after his prison term, the Reading (Pa.) Eagle reported. Steidler went to Chicago for penile enhancement at a clinic in January 2004. He later became unhappy with the result, and mailed a bomb to the unidentified surgeon, prosecutors said. Steidler pleaded guilty to all charges in April. U.S. District Court Judge Lawrence Stengle rejected a defense request of a 3-year sentence. "This was a sophisticated criminal offense," Stengle said. "Technically, this was a weapon of mass destruction." The bomb was detected and confiscated before it could be delivered at a postal facility in Youngstown, Ohio, the report said.
