Subscribe | UPI Odd Newsletter Subscribe CHICAGO, Oct. 27 (UPI) -- Developer Donald Trump is arguing with a Chicago alderman over advertising for the 92-story hotel-condo he's building in the Windy City. At issue is a 10-foot-tall kiosk on Michigan Avenue that hawks the new Trump tower with a panoply of pictures, prices and sales information, The Chicago Tribune reports. Advertisement The advertisements have angered 42nd Ward Alderman Burton Natarus even though he backed legislation in 2003 allowing such ads. Back-and-forth negotiations between Natarus and a Trump lieutenant have resulted in a settlement of sorts. Trump has agreed to remove the price and sales information from the kiosk located at the gateway to one of the world's most celebrated shopping streets. The New York developer is building the tallest skyscraper in America since construction of the Sears Tower. The 1,362-foot building is on a choice riverfront site a block west of Michigan Avenue on land formerly occupied by the Chicago Sun-Times.
