Bloomberg and his girlfriend, state Banking Superintendent Diana Taylor, were at a news conference in Brooklyn on Monday to make the announcement when the chocolate glazed doughnut came flying up towards the podium, the New York Daily News. Advertisement The unknown heckler apparently resented kind words Bloomberg had for the city councilman who pushed for the security cameras and who is also running in a 4-way primary for the Democratic nomination to succeed retiring Rep. Major Owens, D-N.Y. After regaining his composure, Bloomberg said: "Just another reason why we need cameras," the newspaper said.
