PITTSBURGH, Aug. 26 (UPI) -- A man in Pittsburgh has been charged for a third time in 13 months with impersonating a Pittsburgh Steelers football player.

Brian Jackson, 32, is accused of scamming a victim out of $3,200, the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported.

Jackson was arraigned last Wednesday in Pittsburgh Municipal Court on two felony counts of theft by deception and released on his own recognizance.

He doesn't have a listed phone number and didn't have an attorney listed in court papers, the newspaper said.

A Steelers' official helped the victim find a news article on the Internet about Jackson's past arrests for impersonating players, and the victim identified Jackson as the man who told her he was tight end Jerame Tuman.

Jackson faces up to seven years in prison if convicted of the new charges.

In July 2005, Jackson was charged with impersonating quarterbacks Ben Roethlisberger and Brian St. Pierre. He dated two women using those adopted personas, signed footballs and jerseys and posed for photographs with children and other fans.

He was ordered to undergo psychological counseling and sentenced to 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to a reduced charge of disorderly conduct.
