SAN JOSE, Calif., April 13 (UPI) -- A woman who hired a personal injury lawyer after finding a human finger in some chili she got from a California Wendy's has decided not to sue.

Anna Ayala's lawyer said Tuesday his client found the prospect of litigation too much of an emotional strain, the San Jose Mercury News said Wednesday.

Also on Tuesday, news came that the finger Ayala reportedly found may be the one torn off of a woman by a leopard in Pahrump, Nev.

The finger Ayalya said she found March 22 in the Wendy's chili and the finger bitten off by the leopard reportedly looked similar, the newspaper said.

Ayala, an unemployed janitor who owns a $500,000 house, has been criticized in various media reports for her history of filing personal injury lawsuits.
