The Peoria (Ill.) Journal reported 9-year-old Airian Overmyer and her friend, 10-year-old Bailey Garrison found the woman while they were hunting for toads. Advertisement The girls, fearing the woman was dead, told Garrison's mother, Marilyn, who summoned police. When Pekin police, firefighters and rescue crews arrived at the drain pipe they found the unidentified 29-year-old woman walking out of the pipe. She told police she had been in the area for about 30 minutes. "This is the creepiest thing that has ever happened," Marilyn Garrison said. "Thank God she was not dead."
