The man, whose name was not released for obvious reasons, sparked an explosion when he lit a cigarette while using an outhouse in Monongalia County Tuesday, WCHS-TV, Charleston, W. Va., reported. Advertisement The man suffered only minor injuries and drove himself to a nearby clinic. A spokeswoman for Monongalia Emergency Medical Services told WCHS methane gas built up inside the outhouse and didn't "take too kindly" to the lit cigarette. The man was transported from the clinic to Ruby Memorial Hospital. His injuries were not serious.
