The council took Sas's complaint as an invitation to deliver the equipment for picking up leaves and litter to his house. Advertisement "The council has a cheek expecting me to do their dirty work for them," Sas told the Daily Telegraph. "I've told them the least I should get is a council tax discount. If they had a guy like me in every street they could all go home." Sas, 53, works as a services manager for a chemical company. It was his boast that he could do a better job of cleaning up that got him the chore.
