The Lucknow bench of High Court has listed the case for an early hearing and final disposal. Advertisement Fed up with the delay, 83-year-old Ram Dayal, wrote a letter to Kalam urging him to help resolve a court battle over a property that had begun in 1927. Dayal wants a house that was pledged to his grandfather by a man who had defaulted in a loan repayment, Indo Asian News Service reported.
