MUSIC AND MORE ABSENT TOBY 'WRITING WITH WILLIE' Toby Keith says he didn't think he had a shot at winning the top honor at the Academy of Country Music Awards Wednesday night, so he spent the time with a music legend. Keith was working on s song with Willie Nelson when he learned he had won AMC Entertainer of the Year, he says in a statement on on his Web site, tobykeith.com. "Honestly, if I had thought I was going to win, I would have been on stage to accept this prestigious award," says Keith, who was nominated for eight ACM awards. 'UNLEASHED' ALBUM BACK ON TOP Toby Keith's "Unleashed" has regained the No. 1 spot on the Billboard albums chart after 43 weeks, sending former chart-topper "Have You Forgotten?" by Darryl Worley to No. 2.
