The album fell from its No. 4 debut spot to No. 11 on the all-genre Billboard 200. The Dixie Chicks' "Home" album rose from No. 3 to No. 2 on the country albums chart after 35 weeks while jumping from 33rd to No. 23 on the Billboard 200. FAN CAMPS OUT THREE WEEKS FOR JONES TIX George Jones has a lot of devoted fans, but a woman in Ohio has taken her love for him to extremes. Susie Burks has been camped outside the Darke County Fairgrounds in Greenville for three weeks to be sure she gets the best front-row seats for Jones's show in August, says WLKY-TV in Louisville, Ky. Advertisement This is not a first for Burks, 60. She's been at the head of the line for several shows at the fairgrounds over the past seven years.
