Tommy Lee cleared of wrongful death

SANTA MONICA, Calif., April 17 (UPI) -- A jury in Santa Monica, Calif. on Thursday found drummer Tommy Lee not liable in the drowning of 4-year-old Daniel Karven-Veres at Lee's home. The boy's parents sued Lee for wrongful death after their son drowned at a June 2001 birthday party for Lee's son, Brandon.
