JACKO COMPLAINS ABOUT DOCUMENTARY

An outraged Michael Jackson has complained to U.K. television watchdogs over the TV documentary about his life that aired this week.

The British Broadcasting Corp. reports Jackson feels "betrayed" by Martin Bashir, who spent eight months with Jackson and his family. Jackson has had his lawyers write to the Independent Television Commission and the Broadcasting Standards Commission complaining he was "unfairly treated."

"Living With Michael Jackson" was broadcast both in the United Kingdom and the United States this week and the BBC reports Jackson, 44, claims the program infringed on his privacy.

The disgraced pop star admitted during the documentary he has slept with other people's children and sees nothing wrong with sharing a bed with a child.

Jackson claimed Bashir's camera crew kept filming his children against his wishes and he was promised the footage would not be included in the final edit.

"I trusted Martin Bashir to come into my life and that of my family because I wanted the truth to be told," Jackson said in his statement.

MORE TROUBLE FOR JACKO?

The New York Post Page Six says Michael Jackson -- if he hasn't generated enough controversy -- faces a third multimillion-dollar lawsuit.

Already being sued by Myung Ho Lee, former head of Jackson International LLC, and concert promoter Marcel Avram, Jacko now could face a court challenge from his former investment banker, Kathleen Kelly, the Post reports.

Kelly claims Jackson never paid her for two years of work.

"Kathleen did all his work and (Jackson) never paid her and never intended to pay her. He always plays dumb in the end after every financial deal (to try to avoid responsibility)," Kelly's lawyer, Timothy McGonigle, told Page Six.

COURTNEY, VIRGIN MAKE NICE

Bad girl rocker Courtney Love has made up with Virgin Atlantic over an in-flight altercation.

TV Guide reports Love, arrested in London for verbally assaulting a flight attendant, apologized to Virgin Chief Executive Officer Richard Branson during a British charity concert.

"Virgin Atlantic was built thanks to the rock industry, and I like to think we are a bit more understanding than most airlines," Branson said in a statement to TV Guide. "Courtney was a little out of order on the flight over and apologized to me. We are looking forward to flying her back to L.A."
