The star of "Pretty Woman" and "Runaway Bride" swapped vows with cameraman Daniel Moder in a midnight ceremony at her New Mexico ranch.

Julia's publicist shared few details, saying only that "family and friends" witnessed the knot-tying in a large tent at her 40-acre spread near Taos. E! Online reported Julia flew in 50 wedding guests from Los Angeles.

The wee-hours nuptials apparently were designed to make it tough for swarming paparazzi to get pictures of Julia's second I-do.

She was married to country star Lyle Lovett for 21 months and has dated actors Liam Neeson, Dylan McDermott, Kiefer Sutherland, Jason Patric and Benjamin Bratt.

Julia met Moder while filming "The Mexican" last summer.
