Saudi Arabia says Khashoggi died in fight at consulate

Saudi Arabian official media on 19 October reported that journalists Jamal Khashoggi died as a result of a physical altercation inside the kingdom's consulate in Istanbul, where he was last seen entering on 02 October for routine paperwork.
