RICHARD NIXON AND HENRY KISSINGER ABOARD AIR FORCE ONE

President Richard Nixon and Secretary of State Henry Kissinger confer aboard Air Force One as they head toward Brussels, Belgium June 26, 1974 for NATO talks. Nixon rests his legs on the table to ease an attack of phlebitis which had struck him recently.
