Dallas County Frees 20th Wrongfully-Convicted Criminal

After 23 years in custody wrongfully-convicted rapist Jerry Lee Evans, second from right, walks away a free man from the Frank Crowley Criminal Courts Building in Dallas, on May 27, 2009. Evans is the 20th man exonerated in Dallas with DNA evidence.
