LEAVING LAS VEGAS

Mike Figgis, director of the motion picture "Leaving Las Vegas," poses with the movie's star, actress Elisabeth Shue during the 20th annual Acheivement Awards luncheon January 17, Figgis was named best director and Shue best actress by the Los Angeles Film Critics Association.
